Job Summary

We are looking for a Technician to support our facility management operations. Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily inspection, maintenance and repair works at the assigned facility.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities and equipment.
• Attend to breakdowns, complaints and technical issues promptly.
• Assist with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning and general building maintenance works.
• Conduct routine checks and ensure equipment is operating safely and properly.
• Record maintenance activities, readings and completed work.
• Assist senior technicians and supervisors with technical tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies and site requirements.
• Perform other technical duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Facility Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / SKM / Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, M&E, HVAC, Building Maintenance or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and technical works is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
