JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

a) Handling the recruitment process.

b) Organizing and managing new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs

c) Provide counseling to employees on policies and procedures.

d) Handling hostel inspection and overseeing security and housekeeping section on daily operation activity.

e) Manage and plan for training & development.

f) Overseeing social events.

g) To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior occasionally.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

a) Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

b) Knowledge of computers is preferred.

c) Strong interpersonal skills in human relations.

d) Able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
