Job Description

• To equip students with the knowledge and skills in Physical Education through the conduct of engaging lessons, in both indoor and outdoor / field-based settings
• To set up equipment in preparation for PE lessons and NAPFA tests
• To supervise students during PE lessons and ensure that students' safety and well-being is looked into
• To check and ensure PE and Sports equipment are in good working condition and are safe for use by students and staff
• Plan and arrange for logistical support for level- and school-wide activities organised by the PE Department e.g. Level Camp, Cross Country etc

Job Requirements

• Teaching qualification from National Institute of Education (NIE)
• Possess a passion for Sports and Health-related activities
• Positive disposition in helping N(T) students develop as confident and purposeful individuals
• Able to build rapport with students in order to motivate and encourage them to pursue a Healthy Lifestyle
• Strong sense of integrity, personal drive and initiative, commitment and team spirit
• Caring, responsible and driven
• Have a positive mindset and is able to receive feedback constructively
