Job Responsibilities

Sales Order Management

• Process customer Purchase Orders (PO) into Sales Orders (SO).
• Prepare quotations and sales contracts.
• Check order details including product, quantity, pricing and delivery date.
• Maintain proper sales order records and documentation.

Production & Supply Chain Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Purchasing to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Monitor production schedules and follow up on order progress.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on raw material availability.
• Follow up on finished goods and delivery arrangements.

Customer Service

• Attend to customer inquiries on order status, delivery schedules, products and pricing.
• Provide customers with updates on their orders and deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues professionally.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.

General

• Prepare basic sales reports and maintain sales records.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
• Perform other related duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or sales coordination is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, responsible and able to follow up independently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of SQL system will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
