Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mandarin-speaking Team Leader to lead and support our Customer Service team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for managing daily team operations, coaching and developing Customer Service Executives, monitoring performance, and ensuring the team delivers a professional and high-quality customer experience in both Mandarin and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Customer Service Executives.
• Monitor daily team performance and ensure assigned customer service and operational KPIs are achieved.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members to improve service quality and productivity.
• Handle escalated customer enquiries, complaints, and complex cases professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor customer interactions to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Conduct regular team briefings, one-to-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Mandarin proficiency: C1 – able to communicate confidently with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• English proficiency: B1 – able to understand and communicate in English.
• SPM qualification or above.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Customer Service or BPO experience, preferably with experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Customer Service, or similar leadership role.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Stable employment history is preferred.
• Able to commit to Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
