Technician cum Handyman – Property Management (Klang)

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Handyman cum Technician to join our team in managing and maintaining landed properties in the Klang area. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general repair, maintenance and upkeep works at the assigned properties.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance and repair works at landed properties.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and handyman works.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property and identify maintenance issues.
• Attend to repair and maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot and rectify basic electrical, plumbing and other technical issues.
• Carry out general upkeep and maintenance of the property, including external areas when required.
• Assist contractors and service providers during repair and maintenance works.
• Ensure the property and its facilities are kept clean, safe and in good condition.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair works.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and safely stored.
• Respond to urgent repair or maintenance issues when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in handyman, technician, property maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general repair works.
• Able to troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs independently.
• Practical and hands-on with good problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to travel between properties when required.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when required.
• Possess own transport is an advantage.
