We are seeking a motivated, high-energy, and creative F&B Marketing Executive to join our team! If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for bringing delicious marketing campaigns to life, you’re the one we’re hungry for!

The Essential Ingredients (Requirements):

• Exceptional communication skills with a great command of both English and BM.
• An eye for mouth-watering creative visuals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing your cool.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts and marketing efforts to create compelling social media content that will create sustained engagement among existing customers and attract new ones
• To assist in multi-faceted marketing campaigns that drive growth for our brand in the form of exposure or sales depending on campaign goals
• Be part of the task-team for outlet openings/revamp and ensure all visual, printed and digital collaterals are prepared/updated accordingly
• To assist the brand manager to manage membership/customer loyalty campaigns
• To craft blogpost and EDM to members and customers to continuously engage them and improve SEO rankings. Measure the metrics for success
• Have a strong eye for graphic design, photography, videography - essentially all forms of content that will be related to the brand
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends, and provide thought leadership and recommendations for how the brand can continue to innovate and differentiate itself in the market.
• Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance metrics, and use insights to make data-driven decisions that optimise marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications & Skillset

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a creative role (Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is an appetizing bonus!).
• Solid design skills using Canva and AI tools to efficiently create captivating designs and storylines that align with our brand personality.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated creativity in developing standout marketing campaigns.
• A sharp design and visual eye that understands good graphic design principles and ties design to effective communication to create true brand desire.
• Ability to fearlessly drive conversations during brainstorming sessions and negotiations with collaborators, KOLs, and sponsors.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and effective communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
