Key Responsibilities

• Support AP Global Account sales leadership through data-driven analysis, performance tracking, and business insights to drive strategic initiatives

• Build and maintain effective BMS materials to deliver the sales targets

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive summaries using business intelligence and CRM data.

• Monitor pipeline health, sales productivity metrics, and revenue performance to identify opportunities and risks.

• Manage sales forecasting processes and help maintain forecast accuracy across regions

• Manage sales coverage alignment, territory management, and account move processes

• Drive process optimization and operational governance to improve efficiency and sales execution.

• Ensure data quality and compliance across sales systems, reporting tools, and business processes

• Present to AP/WW leadership on geography business outlook

Skills & Experience

Must-have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years Operations/Financial experience providing analytical reporting and demonstrated business insights.

• Background in developing / optimizing business management systems, processes and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business data

• Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, KPI reporting, and business performance analysis

• Demonstrated ability to partner with peers, senior management and other functional groups.

• Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment - balance multiple projects / initiatives.

• Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm and commitment; able to work proactively and autonomously.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, and CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 or equivalent systems

Good-to-have

• Experience supporting enterprise, strategic, or global account organizations.

• Experience working within the technology industry or multinational corporations.

• Exposure to regional AP sales operations and cross-country business support.
