Requirements

• No minimum SPM requirement.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Able to work according to rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with menu enquiries and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate requests to the relevant team.
• Handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally.

Food & Beverage Service

• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure orders are served accurately and promptly.
• Prepare tables before service and clear and reset tables after customers leave.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other service team members to ensure smooth service.

Restaurant Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining and service areas.
• Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
• Assist with cashiering and payment duties when required.
• Support stock replenishment and other daily outlet operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Working Hours

6 days per week

• Rotational shifts
• 1 rotational off day
• 8 working hours per shift
• 2-hour break

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,154.79 per month
