As a QA Executive in a bakery manufacturing setting, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards and adhere to the compliance requirements. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the overall quality and safety of the bakery products.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and processes.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues promptly.

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, inspections, and test results.
Prepare and update documentation related to Halal compliance and certifications.

Training and Communication: Conduct training sessions for staff on quality control and quality assurance requirements.
Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure awareness of quality and food standards.

Problem Resolution: Investigate and address customer complaints related to quality concerns.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in quality assurance within the food industry, preferably in bakery manufacturing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
