Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Technical Coordination-Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications-Identify design conflicts and liaise with consultants and contractors to resolve issues promptly-Ensure compliance with project design intent, specifications, and construction standards

2. Project Support-Monitor progress of architectural works on-site and report any deviations or issues-Assist in the preparation of method statements, technical reports, and work schedules-Support site inspections and quality control activities to ensure workmanship standards are met

3. Documentation & Records-Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and approvals-Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documentation-Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements

4. Team Collaboration-Coordinate closely with MEP, structural, and other project disciplines-Attend coordination meetings and provide technical input when required-Support senior architectural staff in design optimization and value engineering initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related field

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in construction or architectural coordination

• Good understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction methods

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with BIM and coordination tools will be an advantage
