AGAATT Hiring! Full Time E-Commerce Sales Specialist (Internship) in Selangor - Ricebowl

AGAATT is looking for a motivated, result-driven E-Commerce Sales Specialist to run our Agaatt Outlet store on Shopee and other marketplaces. You'll report directly to the Managing Director and take ownership of daily operations, sales strategy, customer service, and marketing for our online store.

What you'll do:

• Manage the Shopee store end-to-end — listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign slots
• Drive sales growth and improve product visibility/rankings through marketplace strategy
• Update pricing daily (regular, offer, and mega sale pricing)
• Liaise with OEM brand partners (Dell, HP, Lenovo) and internal teams
• Handle order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and shipping logistics
• Respond to customer inquiries and after-sales support via Shopee chat
• Analyze sales data and produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reports

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in e-commerce, sales, or account management (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop a plus)
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and organizational skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Great communication — direct, transparent, and confident dealing with stakeholders
• Willing to travel for customer/OEM visits
