Full-Time Butcher (Meat Department)

About the role
This is a hands-on role in a supermarket's meat department

You will
Process meat from primal cuts into a range of retail products
Use butchery tools and equipment safely
Prepare, portion, and present meat products for display
Monitor stock levels and replenish products when required
Assist in receiving and checking deliveries
Support customers with product enquiries and recommendations

Scheduling
5-day work week (44 hours)
Shift between: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Required to work on weekends and public holidays based on roster
Overtime may be required during peak / festive periods based on operational needs
