Responsibilities
️ We're Hiring: Retail Promoter (Snacks Store)
Location: Various outlets across Singapore | Employment Type: Full Time/Part-Time

Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
Recommend products and promote new items and ongoing promotions
Operate POS system accurately and handle cash, NETS, and card payments
Ensure products are well displayed, replenished, and visually appealing
Perform basic food preparation (nuts and pastries baking) following SOP and food safety standards
Process and pack online delivery orders accurately and efficiently
Monitor product quality and expiry dates, and support stock replenishment
Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with SFA regulations
Support daily store operations, including opening/closing duties
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Who We’re Looking For
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
Positive attitude with good communication skills
Retail experience preferred (especially F&B/snack-related), but not required
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
