The Integrated Facility Management Executive is responsible for the technical management, operation, maintenance, and performance of all hard services within the client's premises. Oversee vendors and contractors to ensure all building systems are maintained safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, facilities maintenance, troubleshooting, contractor management, and service delivery within a facilities management environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services and M&E systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, UPS, generators, and associated infrastructure.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, quality standards, and HSSE requirements.
• Coordinate permits, documentation, service records, and compliance requirements.
• Support budgeting, cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
• Liaise with clients to address service requests, resolve issues, and enhance workplace experience.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor service performance, and support management reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement, sustainability, and service enhancement initiatives.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management or hard services.
• Experience working in Bukom, Jurong Island, or within the oil & gas/petrochemical industry is advantageous.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills demonstrated through managing multiple vendors and priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and industrial site requirements.
