Job Responsibilities:

Republic Healthcare Holdings Pte Ltd - DTAP Clinic is a group of medical clinics whose brand is synonymous with professionalism and the highest standard of medical care.

We are looking for highly motivated Residential Physician to join us in building our International brand and presence.

Medical duties

· Attend to patients' medical needs with utmost professionalism and highest standard of care

· Always treat the patient with respect and maintain an open and non-judgemental consultation environment

· Always respect and maintain the patient's information confidentiality

· Ensuring patients receive their test results in a timely fashion

· Ensuring proper management of patients' follow ups and return visits

· Communicating with other doctors when referrals are necessary

· Keep abreast of medical information and developments

· Keep abreast of the group's medical practice

· Participate actively in the group's online medical presence including but not limited to answering questions on all our blogs and forums and contributing articles to our blogs.

· Be an active and contributing member of the team both in the clinic as well as the group

· Hours and consequently remuneration for discussion (expected 44 - 52 hours per week, able to work in the evening and weekends.)

· Work closely with Operations Team to improve service standards and attending to patient feedback

Administrative duties

· Ensure the smooth running of the clinic

· Ensure operational efficiency

· Be responsible for staff oversight and involvement in staff training

· Ensure revenue and profitability

· Be involved in marketing ideas and activities specifically for the clinic and also as part of the group

· Suggest marketing and operational changes based on knowledge of patient population

Job Requirements:

· Singapore recognized basic medical degree

· Medical license by Singapore Medical Council to practice medicine

· 3-5 years post graduation clinical experience

· Experience in Infectious Diseases, HIV, STDs, Urology, O&G and/or Dermatology is an advantage

· Always be polite, professional and maintain a demeanour that will not bring disrepute to the professionalism / the company branding

· Post-graduate professional certificates are an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month
