Duties:

• Assist doctors during medical aesthetic procedures (training will be provided)
• Administering non-invasive treatment procedures
• Prepare and list for surgery (liaising with anaesthetist, OT Room, sedation, support etc)
• Performing pre and post-operative care
• Responsible for documenting accurate and timely treatment notes
• Dispensing of medication
• Prepare and liaise with vendors from medicine to equipment maintenance etc
• Ensure patient safety and comfort and providing a smooth flow of patient care
• Perform treatment according to company standard operating procedure and service standard
• Preparing and sterilizing instruments, treatment and operating rooms
• Manage and maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the clinic
• Provide administrative support in all aspects of operations, reception, registration, enquiries and scheduling of appointments
• Performing research to stay up to date on new procedures and protocols
• Manage inventory including requisition and stock taking
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Specification of an Aesthetic Staff Nurse

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Candidate with extensive years of experience will be considered for senior positions. To be considered for the position of an aesthetic staff nurse, the skills and other qualities the candidates must possess, include:

Knowledge:

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Diploma, Professional Degree, Nursing or equivalent.
• At least a minimum 2 years of working in healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support and Assistant or equivalent

Skills:

• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• Possess a pleasant and clear speaking voice, coupled with a fluency in English, Mandarin and dialet
• Possess a fair knowledge on how to use the computer system and its basic application
• Possess flexibility and ability to effectively perform multiple functions at a time
• She must be highly motivated and willing to learn

Abilities:

• To be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment during peek period
• To be able to handle stress well
• To be able to work in retail hours : 5 days work week (excluding Sunday and PH)

Requirements:

• Well grommed with a pleasant disposition and personality
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
