Assistant Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor (ID fitout works)

- Cost Estimation & Budgetary : Prepare budget estimates, preliminary cost plan for interior fit-out works.

- Tendering & contract management & Procurement: Source subcontractors and suppliers, evaluate tenders, negotiate contracts to optimize project costs and recommend awards.

- Cost Control & Variation Orders: Monitor and control project costs against approved fit-out budgets; report variances and track project expenses.

- Progress Claims & Final Accounts: Prepare and submit progress claims, certify payments, and finalize final accounts with clients and subcontractors.

- Undertake ad-hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the superior.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Management, Construction Management or equivalent

- ⁠Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, fresh graduate welcomed.

- ⁠Experience in Interior Design / Fit-out projects will be a strong advantage

- ⁠Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving skills and with the necessary knowledge to excel in this role.

- ⁠Able to work independently, can adopt work from home working culture, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
