Hiring: Service Associate (INBOUND - BPO)

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Salary:

• BM + English: RM1,900 – RM3,000
• Mandarin + Cantonese: RM3,000 – RM4,000

Job Summary

Provide professional assistance to customers by handling enquiries, resolving service issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns.
• Assist customers with account, product, or service-related enquiries.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when required.
• Record customer interactions and update information in the system.
• Follow company procedures and service standards.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin and Cantonese speakers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable working in a 24-hour rotational shift environment.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.
