Job Description

Reporting to the CEO/GM, you will:

  • Lead the finance and accounting function across the Singapore headquarters and regional entities
  • Oversee monthly group consolidation and financial reporting in accordance with IFRS requirements
  • Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring strong governance, controls and reporting accuracy
  • Prepare monthly management reports, board reporting packs and financial analysis for senior leadership
  • Partner business stakeholders to provide insights on margins, working capital, inventory management, cash flow and operational performance
  • Lead annual statutory audits and serve as the key liaison with external auditors and advisors
  • Monitor foreign exchange exposure, intercompany transactions and group compliance requirements
  • Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis, reporting enhancements and business partnering activities


The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance, qualified CA, CPA, ACCA with at least 10 years of working experience
  • Proven finance leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial or engineering environment
  • Strong expertise in group consolidation, IFRS reporting and multi-entity finance operations
  • Experience managing external audits and engaging senior stakeholders across the organisation
  • Commercially minded with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights
  • Hands-on leader with strong people management skills, managing a team of up to 10 headcounts
