Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoice processing, payment documentation, customer billing and collection records.
• Verify invoices, claims and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness and proper approval.
• Perform supplier, customer and bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding or unreconciled items.
• Assist with EV charging revenue and settlement reconciliation, including payment gateways, bank receipts, charging transactions and related fees.
• Prepare payment schedules, ageing reports, claim summaries, reconciliation schedules and other finance reports.
• Assist with payroll-related finance processing, including payroll schedules, bank payment records and statutory contribution schedules.
• Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and general ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain records for fixed assets, project costs, intercompany transactions and EV charging infrastructure.
• Support audit, tax, SST, e-Invoice and other statutory or compliance requirements.
• Ensure proper filing, documentation and data accuracy in accounting and finance systems.
• Identify and promptly escalate discrepancies, unusual transactions, control weaknesses or potential irregularities.
• Perform other reasonable finance and accounting duties as assigned by the Senior Finance Executive or Management.

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Good understanding of AP, AR, bank reconciliation and basic accounting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good attention to detail, organisation and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently while following established procedures and approval controls.
• Experience in EV charging, project accounting, construction, or multi-entity environments will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
