Roles and Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and optimise advanced electrochemical systems and supporting process equipment at lab/pilot scale. Design small experiments, analyse data, and collaborate with partners (universities/commercial) to drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and document performance of systems and subsystems; assist maintenance & troubleshooting.
• Design small‑scale experiments; analyse datasets; propose improvements to procedures and controls.
• Conduct field‑based chemical/physical tests; ensure compliance with EHS protocols.
• Manage sub‑projects for subsystems or technical challenges; coordinate with external partners.
• Maintain accurate records of conditions, deviations, and results; write memos & reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical or related.
• 2–6+ years in pilot operations, reliability/maintenance, or test engineering.
• Strong documentation, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
