Job Description & Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in as an architecture coordinator for construction projects and be able to plan, supervise and coordinate architecture works with architects and consultants.
Job Description
Develop and review architectural drawings, detailing, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements, local building codes and regulations.
Identify shop drawings discrepancies, review the architectural drawings with the structural and M&E drawings to resolve conflicts.
Submit and gather records for all RFI, RFM, RFA to Architect and ID.
Coordinate with architectural subcontractors to ensure proper scheduling, communication, and execution of design plans.
Assist in preparing method statements, technical reports, and schedules.
Monitor progress of architectural works on-site and report deviations.
Support site inspections with RTO/RE and quality control activities.
Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvals
Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation
Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other disciplines.
Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical input.
Support senior architectural staff in design optimization and value engineering initiatives.
Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Architecture or any relevant qualification recognised by Board of Architect.
Familiar with BCA CONQUAS, and other Quality Mark Assessment application.
Minimum 5 years’ work experience in architectural or construction fields.
Able to communicate with consultants in clear hand sketches drawing
Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities (ie.BCA, SCDF, LTA).
Awareness of contractual obligations/rights.
Preferable knowledge for BIM software/Autodesk Revit.
