Job Summary
Responsiblefor meeting service standards in the assigned outlet.

Responsibilities

• Superviseservice personnel and ensure meeting of service and grooming standards.
• Monitorworkflow and recommend improvements or increase efficiency.
• Coordinatewith kitchen staff to ensure timely communication of orders and delivery offood.
• Overseecondition of seating premises.
• Assistin conducting training for service staff when required to improve servicestandards.
• Anyother duties that might be assigned from time to time.
