Responsibilities

• Manage sales and programs for automation equipment projects, ensuringcustomer, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Drive sales growth through new business development, customeracquisition, and account management.
• Prepare forecasts, quotations, RFQs, and sales presentations.
• Develop sales strategies and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate internal teams and support regional customer projects.
• Attend industry events and travel regionally as required.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field
• Sales/account management experience in Automation, Semiconductor, orConsumer Electronics.
• Technical industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
