Own the creative execution for TRIFECTA Snowboard & Ski School across every customer touchpoint. Working closely with the Snow Business team, this role transforms business priorities into engaging visual communications, campaigns and content while supporting the school’s commercial objectives and maintaining brand consistency.

Creative Execution

• Design and produce creative assets across digital, print and physical touchpoints.
• Execute seasonal campaigns, programme launches, memberships and promotional initiatives.
• Create merchandise, venue graphics, instructor materials and customer-facing collateral.
• Ensure all creative aligns with TRIFECTA’s brand standards while strengthening the Snow identity. 

Content Creation

• Plan, shoot and edit photo and video content for campaigns, social media and storytelling.
• Capture lessons, events, instructors and community moments that showcase the Snow School experience.
• Create engaging content for organic social media, website and marketing campaigns.

Business Partnership

• Work closely with the Snow Business Lead, Marketing, Instructor and Guest Experience team to understand business priorities.
• Attend planning meetings and contribute creative ideas that support commercial objectives.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Snow curriculum, products and customer journey to produce more meaningful creative work.

Project Management & Collaboration

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with printers, suppliers and external freelancers where required.
• Maintain organised project files and creative assets.

Creative and eager to try new things and to follow through the execution of all deliverables

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Design Work Experience

Experience in shooting and editing BOTH photos and videos

Minimum 18 years old

Excellent command in English (written and spoken)

Proficient in all Adobe Systems (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Preferably adapt in Sketch Up Viewer
