CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES EXECUTIVE (CRM)
Johor Bahru
RM3,500 – RM4,500 + Performance Incentive

ABOUT THE ROLE
AU is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Executive (CRM) who is good at communicating with customers, following up and building long-term customer relationships.
This is not an outdoor sales role.
You will mainly communicate with customers through WhatsApp and other online channels, manage customer information using our CRM System, arrange appointments and follow up with new and existing customers.
As many of our customers communicate primarily in Mandarin, strong Mandarin communication skills are important for this role.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Handle customer enquiries professionally through WhatsApp and other channels
Follow up with new and existing customers
Assist customers with appointment booking and arrangements
Follow up on customer appointments and enquiries
Maintain good long-term relationships with customers
Manage and update customer information using CRM System
Keep customer records and follow-up status organised and updated
Follow up with existing customers on their services and appointments
Assist with customer retention and re-engagement
Provide professional after-sales customer service
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Prepare basic customer and CRM reports when required
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong Mandarin communication skills
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp
Good at customer follow-up and relationship building
Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
Comfortable using or learning CRM Systems
Basic computer skills
Able to work independently and take ownership of
