About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to join our team in Klang. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, promoting our products/services, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in channels.
• Introduce and recommend suitable products/services based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on enquiries.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to close sales.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, fulfillment, delivery, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Keep customer and sales records updated in the company's system.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve basic sales-related issues.
• Support promotional campaigns and other sales activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment, retail, or distribution will be an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Good follow-up and organisational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and Microsoft Office.
