We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) project.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing IT/digital transformation projects, with ECM/DMS implementation experience preferred, and the ability to manage business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, data migration, UAT and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning and execution through testing, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, timelines and resource allocation.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritise requirements.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors on solution design, configuration, integrations and implementation.
• Lead and oversee data migration, including mapping, validation, reconciliation and completeness checks.
• Manage UAT, including test planning, execution support, issue tracking and closure.
• Drive user readiness, training, communications and adoption activities.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, changes and timelines.
• Manage external vendors, including contractual obligations, SLAs and technical/business deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and presentations for project sponsors and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, data protection and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Project Management / Digital Transformation experience.
• Proven experience delivering at least 3 major projects end-to-end.
• Strong experience in project planning, execution, risk, issue, dependency and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven vendor management experience, including SLA and deliverable management.
• Hands-on experience managing UAT and go-live activities.
• Experience with data migration, including mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach.
• Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred / Advantageous

• ECM / DMS implementation experience.
• Experience with enterprise content/document management platforms such as SharePoint, OpenText, IBM FileNet, Documentum, Alfresco, M-Files, or similar.
• Experience in digital transformation / enterprise application implementation.
• PMP / PRINCE2 or other Project Management certification.
