path to grow into a Centre Manager role.

Job Description:

- Greet and assist customers at the front desk, creating a warm and

professional first impression

- Manage calls, emails and walk-in enquiries promptly and accurately

- Explain our enrichment programmes to parents and support sales-related

enquiries

- Accurately process invoices and maintain administrative records

- Collaborate with the team on centre operations and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service or admin

- "O" Level, "A" Level, Diploma or Degree, any discipline

- Approachable, friendly, and a strong team player

- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

- Able to commence work at short notice preferred

Working Hours:

- 3 weekdays: 10.30am – 7.00pm

- Saturday: 8.30am – 6.15pm

- Sunday: 11.00am – 6.00pm

- 2 weekdays off per week (1-hour lunch daily)

Remuneration & Benefits:

- Salary $2,500 – $3,500/month, commensurate with experience
