We are looking for a reliable and organised Factory Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of our meat processing factory.
This is primarily an administrative role.
Your main responsibilities will be administrative work, including inventory management, order checking, data entry and preparing Delivery Orders (DOs).
During quieter periods or when required, you will also assist the production team with basic meat processing, cutting, portioning, packing and other factory duties.
No prior meat processing experience is required. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Factory Admin – Main Duties
- Manage and update inventory and stock records
- Perform data entry using Microsoft Excel
- Check and process daily customer orders
- Prepare Delivery Orders (DOs)
- Maintain accurate stock and production records
- Coordinate with the production team on daily orders, stock availability and inventory
- Assist with other administrative duties related to factory operations when required
Production Support
- Assist with basic meat cutting, portioning and packing when required
- Prepare and pack customer orders according to company specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area
- Assist with other factory duties when required
Requirements
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in Singapore without employer-sponsored work pass
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Able to work accurately with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a food processing environment, including chilled/cold areas
- Willing to assist with production duties when required
- No prior meat processing experience required – training will be provided
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour meal break
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Sunday: Rest Day
- Public Holidays: Off
