About Us

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Client Engagement Executive who is passionate about building meaningful connections and delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Reaching out to clients to market our corporate training services.

2. Manage client communications, including scheduling meetings, following up on requests, and maintaining strong relationships.

3. Strategize to add value to clients' talent development programs.

4. Execution of engagement strategies to reach the company's engagement goals and to hit the targets as determined by the company.

5. Attend daily client engagement meetings and update the progress of the engagement.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

2. Cheerful and high-energy individual with a good attitude

3. Ambitious to learn and collaborate with enthusiastic team members

4. High fluency in English

5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

6. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
