Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly & annual targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Drive showroom traffic, closing ratios and revenue performance
- Monitor team KPIs and provide coaching & guidance
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain high service standards
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales (Managerial level preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sales-driven, target-oriented and committed
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Able to travel when required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
