Requirements:

• Minimum education diploma degree
• Having min. 1 year experience as supervisor or have experience 2-3 years as Sales Assistant or BA
• Have an outgoing personality
• Have a strong interest in and understanding of the beauty product industry
• Must have good communication skills
• Customer satisfaction & target-oriented
• Good leadership and operational management skills
• Good reporting and administrative skills
• High integrity and positive attitude
• Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) using laptop, mac or PC
• Willing to work in a shift schedules
• Location work : Funan/Bugis Mall, flexible to relocate

Job Description

• Meets or exceeds specified sales goals
• Ensuring that stock is replenished when needed
• Ensuring that products are presented properly on shelve
• Organise opening and closing of store in the absence of Store Manager
• Orientate and train team in areas of company rules and guidelines, key performance measurements, customer profile, customer service standards, process workflow, product knowledge and technical skills set
• Supervise and coach team in areas of daily workflow and work performance
• Be familiar with and drive the team to achieve targets on daily basis
• Responsible for store administration
• Support Store Manager to manage stores

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,100.00 per month
