Job Summary
Support financial operations by managing accounts payable and receivable processes, contributing to accurate and timely financial record-keeping within a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
Process accounts payable transactions accurately to ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers
Manage accounts receivable activities to facilitate prompt collection and reconciliation of customer payments
Utilize accounting software, preferably Accpac, to record and track financial transactions efficiently
Maintain organized financial records and documentation to support audit and reporting requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflows
Support clerical and administrative tasks related to financial operations to enhance department efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Completion of Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Commerce or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in financial or administrative roles
Experience or specialization as a Junior Executive in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
Other Information
Work schedule: 5.5 days per week
