Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Clinic Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our medical clinic. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic workflows, delivering excellent patient service, and supporting business performance through effective team and operations management.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and service delivery
Ensure compliance with MOH/HCSA regulations and clinic SOPs
Monitor clinic cleanliness, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance
Staff Management
Supervise and schedule clinic assistants to ensure adequate manpower coverage
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
Foster a positive and professional working environment
Patient Experience
Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction
Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
Administrative & Financial Duties
Manage billing processes, including private patients and TPA/insurance claims (e.g., Fullerton, Alliance, MHC, etc.)
Perform daily closing, reconciliation, and reporting of clinic revenue
Assist in cost control, procurement, and vendor coordination
Systems & Reporting
Maintain accurate records in clinic management systems (e.g., Plato / CMS systems)
Prepare operational and financial reports for management review
Support business initiatives, process improvements, and new clinic setups where required
