Recruitment Support Hiring! Full Time BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT in Central Region (Singapore), Earn up to SGD 3,000 - Ricebowl

Working Venue: Bendemeer

Basic salary: $2500-$3000

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (5 1/2 days)

Key responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Perform routine building maintenance , including cleaning, general carpentry, painting, minor repairs, and general upkeep of building interior and exterior areas
• ⁠ ⁠Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and repair requirements
• ⁠ ⁠Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders efficiently
• ⁠ ⁠Assist with preventative maintenance programmes to ensure facilities and equipment remain in good working condition
• ⁠ ⁠Carry out basic installation and repair of fixtures, fittings, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical works under supervision
• ⁠ ⁠support the maintenance of building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system as required
• ⁠ ⁠maintain and organise maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
• ⁠ ⁠Record maintenance activities and report issues requiring follow-up
• ⁠ ⁠Comply with workplace safety regulations and collaborate with team members and contractors to complete maintenance works effectively
• ⁠ ⁠sues encountered to senior maintenance staff
• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects efficiently and on schedule
• ⁠ ⁠Supporting the maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems under supervision
• ⁠ ⁠Perform general carpentry and painting works as required

Required Skills

• ⁠ ⁠General carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic electrical work
• ⁠ ⁠interpreting technical manuals. blueprints, and schematic drawings
• ⁠ ⁠maintaining accurate logs and records of maintenance and repair work
• ⁠ ⁠good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
• ⁠ ⁠Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing or working at heights

Qualifications

• ⁠ ⁠3 years of experience in maintenance, construction. or a related field
• ⁠ ⁠core trade certificate or equivalent qualification
