Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update all R&D documentation including test reports, trial records, product specifications, and formulations.
• Assist in data entry of material compositions, test results, and product performance evaluations.
• Organize and file technical drawings, product datasheets, and test certificates.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for R&D meetings and management review.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering departments to support product trials and process improvement activities.
• Track and record samples (raw materials, intermediate, and finished cables) for testing and evaluation.
• Assist in monitoring material usage and inventory for R&D projects.
• Handle correspondence, meeting minutes, and scheduling for R&D-related activities.
• Support engineers and technicians with clerical tasks and documentation during new product development or process improvement projects.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of proprietary product information.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Certificate in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of technical or production terms related to cables or materials is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
