Job Description
Responsibilities
You’ll be the operational backbone connecting our customers to our suppliers. That means managing the full order cycle — from initial quote to final delivery — while keeping purchasing, inventory, documentation, and reporting running smoothly.
What you’ll do
Sales & customer support
– Prepare quotations, sales orders, and all customer-facing documents
– Process orders with accuracy and follow up proactively until delivery
– Manage and grow a portfolio of direct house accounts
– Handle customer enquiries and after-sales issues with professionalism and care
Purchasing &supplier management
– Plan and place purchase orders aligned to sales demand
– Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and lead times with our supplier network
– Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure cost-effective, on- time delivery
– Monitor stock levels and consolidate shipments to optimise costs
Operations &administration
– Maintain accurate records, filings, and operational documentation
– Produce regular sales, procurement, and inventory reports for management
– Assist with ad-hoc projects and cross-functional support as the business needs it
Denetron International (S) Pte Ltd, a Singapore registered company dealing in Electronics Parts and Components for the Electronics Industry and LED Lightings for the Lighting Industry, is looking into expanding its workforce to cater to the needs of its operation. Currently having offices in the region of Hong Kong with Associate offices in Ningbo (PRC) and Chang'an (PRC).
