Job Summary:
The RF Test Engineer is responsible for testing high-reliability RF and microwave electronics and ensuring quality, reliability, repeatability, and efficiency in production.
Key Responsibilities:
Test and troubleshoot RF and microwave products, including SSPA, BUC, LNA, down converters and transceivers across C, X, KU and KA bands to ensure product functionality and performance.
Operate RF test equipment including spectrum / network analyzers, signal generators, power meters and oscilloscopes to conduct precise measurements and diagnostics.
Set up and maintain RF test benches and laboratory equipment to support consistent and accurate testing processes.
Support microwave product development by performing production testing, rework and troubleshooting to enhance product quality and reliability.
Perform circuit analysis to identify faults and investigate product or component issues for timely resolution.
Prepare, update and maintain test procedures, documentation and test records to ensure product traceability and compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in RF / electronics testing or manufacturing environments.
Hands-on experience operating RF test equipment and familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes.
