Job Description
Responsibilities
Program precision machining operations using CAM software to ensure accurate and efficient CNC machining processes
Design jigs and fixtures tailored for precision machining tasks to enhance production accuracy and repeatability
Lead and coordinate machinists and operators in daily CNC machinery operations to achieve operational targets and maintain workflow efficiency
Develop and implement daily productivity and quality improvement plans based on data-driven studies to optimize manufacturing performance
Manage and execute 5S workplace housekeeping activities to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
