What You'll Do:
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to consolidate existing, upcoming, abandoned, and long-term (15-year) utility development plans to Lead Agency (LA)
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to monitor consultancy services and site investigation works
  • Support the implementation of Major Infrastructure Workflow requirements, including project reporting, progress tracking, status updates, contract administration, and monitoring of consultancy and site works
  • Coordinate with consultants and developing agencies to facilitate and implement site optimisation initiatives
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Need:
  • Diploma in a Electrical or Civil Engineering discipline from a recognized Polytechnic in Singapore
  • Preferably 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in the power or utilities industry
  • Proficient in computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Timeliness and good management of multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
