Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations professional to join the Controls & Reporting team. The role is responsible for daily operational controls, reconciliations, regulatory and management reporting, as well as providing oversight and support to the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational control checks and promptly escalate discrepancies or irregularities.
• Manage Cost of Investments (COI) reconciliation and reporting involving Agent Banks.
• Liaise with service providers, vendors and relevant external stakeholders on operational and reporting matters.
• Perform first-level calculations for trade delays or processing issues and coordinate compensation processing where required.
• Prepare and support regulatory, management and stakeholder reporting, including FATCA and CRS reporting.
• Provide day-to-day oversight and support to the Operations team, including operational planning and workload management.
• Perform reconciliations, data maintenance and other operational support activities as required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in investment operations or a related operations environment.
• Knowledge of Unit Trusts or investment products would be advantageous.
• Experience or knowledge in Cost of Investments reconciliation/reporting is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables and basic formulas.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder management, communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities and adapt to changing operational requirements.
