Recruitment Coordinator / Recruitment Executive

This role is responsible for supporting the recruitment function by sourcing and hiring candidates for entry- to junior-level positions while providing comprehensive operational and administrative support throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition, or administrative support.

• Prior experience recruiting for logistics, supply chain, or warehouse positions will be an added advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills with keen attention to detail.

• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

• A team player who is resourceful, adaptable, and capable of working independently when required.
