Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT administration, preferably within a multinational or industrial setting.

Proven knowledge of network management, server administration, and IT security protocols.

Experience with Windows and Linux server environments.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage IT projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization, and backup/recovery solutions.

Good communication skills in English; ability to liaise effectively with both local and international teams.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Knowledge of compliance standards and data protection regulations is an advantage.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies continuously.
