Responsibilities
Junior Technician (Cleanroom Operations & Logistics)
Salary: Up to $3,100 per month
Work Location & Hours
First 2 weeks: Tampines Industrial Crescent, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Thereafter: Customer site in Woodlands
Swing shift arrangement:
Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Sunday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Job Responsibilities
Operate automated cleaning equipment and perform cleaning of quartz and mechanical components according to established SOPs.
Safely handle and inspect fragile, high-value semiconductor parts.
Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against relevant documentation.
Prepare, kit and issue parts to engineering teams.
Coordinate parts sent to external vendors for repair, including RMA processing and turnaround tracking.
Update ERP/WMS systems accurately for stock movements, repairs and scrap transactions.
Maintain accurate inventory and digital records.
Follow Class 10/100 cleanroom procedures, chemical safety requirements and PPE guidelines.
Perform other related cleanroom, inventory and logistics duties as required.
Requirements
NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
1–3 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor wafer fab, cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment.
Familiar with ERP/inventory systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Able to handle fragile and high-value components carefully and accurately.
Comfortable working with chemical cleaning systems and wearing required cleanroom PPE.
Detail-oriented with good inventory control and record-keeping practices.
Able to work according to the stated swing-shift arrangement.
