Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee files and the HR system to ensure all documents are up-to-date
• Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the HR administration work
• Maintain the dormitories list and arrangement for check-in and check-out
• Plan, administer and coordinate the training and development needs of employees, including updating and renewing the training records
• On-boarding/off-boarding of the employees
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves etc)
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Min 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources / administrative positions.
• Proficient in Infotech and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and strong communication skills.
