About the Roles

Join a freight forwarding, packing and crating services company as a Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) based in Loyang. This is a permanent role on a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, with working hours from either 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The package includes basic salary, PB, VB, AWS, and medical benefits, offering a stable opportunity with comprehensive employee support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle customer enquiries related to quotations and shipment operations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate shipment arrangements, including cross-trade shipments.
• Liaise with customers and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment coordination.
• Support import and export processes while ensuring required procedures are followed.
• Complete shipping documentation accurately and within the required timelines.
• Maintain service standards by following established operating procedures.
• Manage customer concerns professionally and help prevent recurring issues.
• Maintain accurate customer data, shipment records, and reports.
• Support sales and marketing activities when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Basic knowledge of sea and air shipment procedures is preferred.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and able to collaborate well with a team.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work additional hours when required.
