Responsibilities:

• Creates a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests
• Serve food and prepare drinks to guests. Familiar with local hot and cold beverages.
• Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations
• Ensure the restaurant areas are clean and well presented at all times and assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties as required
• Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times and ensure that any guest complaints and comments are reported to management
• Assist in the set up and preparation, and provide service duties for catering functions as required
• Support the kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Ensure that all front of house and guest areas are well maintained at all times
• Any other duties as directed by the Manager or other member of the management team

Positive attitude, wiling to learn with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude.

SPM or above, minimum 1 year relevant work experience required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
