Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development / IT Executive to support system integration, inventory and business data across our restaurant outlets and central kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Support integration between Codemax, Eat365 and AutoCount.
• Maintain system mapping, item codes and financial data.
• Audit stock counts and inventory data across all entities.
• Audit recipes, ingredients and item setup for accurate costing.
• Support system testing, troubleshooting and data updates.
• Use Excel for analysis, reconciliation and mass uploads.
• Support costing, pricing, margins and future B2B opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, costing and inventory.
• Logical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with systems.
• F&B knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
